| We used the services of this company on our family vacation for transportation between Orlando airport and Port Canaveral round trip. Prior to the trip all emails were responded to in a timely manner. The drivers were both friendly and on time. They loaded our bags. The van was clean. We highly recommend using this company. | We useed OCS for our recent cruise. I cannot say enough good things, they were waiting for us at baggage claim and at the pier like they said. The driver stopped on the way so we could pick up a few items and pointed out points of interest to us. On our arrival back into port we were delayed an hour, our driver was very nice and said it was no problem. The price was more than half of what Carnival offered and we had our private van. That was very nice not having to wait for others and having only use in the van. I would not hesitate to us OCS again and I highly recommend them. | For our cruise, our party of eight just used OCS from the Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral and back. John was our driver both times and we had a great time conversing with him on both trips. The vans were in excellent condition and there was plenty of room for our luggage in the trailer. John was there waiting for us when we got off the cruise at 6:40 am and ready to go. The service was excellent!!!! I definitely plan on recommending OCS for anyone needing transportation services in the Orlando area. | Our party of 4 traveled from the Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral for a 5 day cruise. OCS, was waiting at the airport for us, with a smile. Everything went so smoothly, the van was immaculate. There were no "surprise" fees. We were picked up after our cruise and driven to Disney Resorts for the next leg of our vacation. I would definitely reccomend OCS and use them on our next trip to Florida. I read past reviews and did my homework on fees and OCS was competatively priced and they delivered with service and style. | I used this service to and from Orlando Airport and Port Canaveral on July 22 and 26, 2012. The service I received was outstanding. I opt for cash payment, but when the driver arrived the driver stated they had charged my credit card. (Misunderstanding) Once I received service on the ship I had 2 missed call from OCS stating they had not charged the card and did not want me to feel obligated for them to charge the card. They could have justed charged my card because service had been provided, but they waited to get approval from me. Now that is great customer service. | My party of six traveled using the services of OCS from Orlando International to Port Canaveral and back to the airport after our cruise. Brad, our driver was at the airport to greet us on time. He was very helpful, personable and he made us all feel very welcomed! The van was nicely air conditioned and the ride comfortable. On the return trip again Brad was waiting for us with a smile. Part of our group was delayed so we were not ready to leave at the requested time but Brad waited there with us very patiently. We had a GREAT time and I would have to say the ease and comfort of our transportation contributed to that. Brad was TERRIFIC and he is a great asset to the company! | Just got back from vacation - 4 of us with lots of luggage. the "Sandman" helped us with every aspect of our transportation needs with A+++ Service! His friendly demeanor and knowledge of the area is a plus! We had a 10 hour wait for our flight and OCS, Inc. provided us a wonderful service where they hold your luggage and take you somewhere to pass the time, my family went to Downtown Disney instead of sitting around the airport! The Service is professional, car we rode in was very nicely kept and the conversation was a welcome change ;) I will recommend OCS Inc. to any and everyone I know for their traveling needs! | Before using OCS I checked with the BBB and visitors bureau and found this company to be reliable. Reliable is a soft word - they are truly outstanding. We used OCS to take us to Port Canaveraland upon our return from the cruise back to the airport. My family was extremely satisfied with the services provided and will use this service again. Brad and Johnny were very good drivers and both have great personalities. When arriving to the airport the driver was waiting for us and was waiting at the port when the cruise was over. The driver was very friendly and the van was spotless. | Our party of four utilized OCS for round trip transfer between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral. Not only was it more cost effective to do so, it was so much more convenient. Our driver, "Sandman" was prompt, freindly and courteous. We had plenty of room in a clean and comfortable Lincoln Town Car.
