| OCS was great, special thank you to our Chauffeur - Brad! Brad was very professional, courteous and friendly. We had a party of (8), which included (2) small children. We traveled (round trip) from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral (Freedom of the Seas). Brad arrived on time (actual early) with a nice, comfortable vehicle and was prepared with a booster seat and a child restraint seat. After meeting Brad, he put to rest any doubts and/or fears we may have had about choosing OSC. Definitely would go this route again! The kids loved being chauffeured, and we loved the ease of communicating with Paul via text and knowing he'd be there to pick us up and keep us on track during our 10-day vacation. | When we arrived in Orlando our driver Johnathan was waiting with his very readable sign. He was very friendly and nice. We did not have to lift a hand for our bags. We made our 15 minute stop turn into 25 but that was ok with him. We got to the Port in plenty of time and he told us exactly what to do. When we returned back to Port Carnavel he called us ahead of time and told us where to be. He did not want us to be standing out in the cold. How nice!! He was interested in hearing about our trip. We were very loud and happy for so early in the morning but that did not bother him. I would highly recommend OCS and our driver Johnathan to anyone who needs transportation for their cruise or any other travel destinations. | In doing Internet searches for transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral for a long over due vacation, I came across OCS. I spent much time reading customer reviews on this and several other services. The reviews for OCS were not only excellent, but having now used the service are 100% correct. Paul, Jonathan, and Danny were great...friendly....professional. I will be using them again next year. | We used OCS round trip from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral and was very pleased with the service. We booked it from the internet and everything went smooth, there was 4 adults and I would recomend OCS to anyone going from Orlando to Port Canaveral. | We recently came back from a vacation on Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral, Florida. We flew into Orlando and needed transportation from our hotel to the port since it is 45 miles away. We tried out OCS Transportation and was impressed with their service. Driver was on time and very polite and professional. They even installed a toddler seat for our baby. | Our driver met us at the baggage claim. We even scheduled 15min stop at groceries to get some bottled water on our way . The experience was pleasure. Better than renting or shuttle bus. | The service from OCS was outstanding. I was traveling with 3 adults and 2 children, ages 8 and 9. The Van was immaculate, and both drivers Yovanni & Jonathan were professional and friendly. Yovanni was waiting at the baggage area when we arrived and Jonathan was there when we cleared customs on the returned from our cruise. | OCS did an outstanding job of transporting my party of 3 with cruise luggage from the Orland Airport to a Cocoa Beach Hotel and then after the cruise from the ship back to the airport. The car was clean and well maintained and on time for both pickups. Paul was awesome, and congrats on becoming a new dad for the second time Paul. | We used OCS from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Very professional service with no "surprise" add ons. The price quoted was the price we paid. They were prompt,courteous & on time plus we had a very safe driver with a nice clean vehicle. It was less expence for us than being bounced around on a shuttle bus with 50 other people (which we did before) but will never do again. Would recommend this service if you want to be sure of being picked up with a smile & on time. Without question we will use OCS again. | I just can't say enough good about OCS - from my first contact with them to arriving perfectly on time at MCO for our flight back home after our Disney cruise. They are courteous, helpful, kind, and totally delightful to deal with, considering 8 of our group of 16, were children. They took all the worry out of our travel from Port Canaveral to MCO. Vehicles were immaculate, beautiful, & comfortable. Driving was safe and timely. Luggage was handled carefully & efficiently. Wonderful company to deal with. | Needed transportation to and from the Disney cruise line. Found OCS on line, called to make reservations the customer service person was extremely helpful and gave me even more information that I got from disney about the departure from the ship. Driver was early and very professional. Great with kids and adults. Van was clean and driver Johnathan was wonderful requested him for our return. Used many transport companies and OCS by far has exceeded all others. Can not say enough about the servicce they provide. They are customer service experts! Thank you OCS! | OCS provided us great service to and from our cruise. They provided great support before the trip, including a schedule change. They also included a 15 min grocery store stop. There was a misunderstanding about a car seat for our 7-month-old that was quickly remedied and upon seeing how much luggage we had, they kindly provided us a trailer for our bags on the return trip so our ride could be more comfortable. We got off the ship an hour earlier than expected, yet OCS was still prepared and ready for our arrival.
