| We were extremely pleased with our service during our vacation this past week. Our driver Jonathan was so nice and professional. He was always on time even though we changed our schedule a couple of times, he was there waiting on us. The Lincoln town car was very nice and offered a comfortable ride, much nicer than the ride we would have had on the Carnival transportation bus.I am so glad we chose you guys for transportation to and from Port Canaveral. If we are ever in Orlando again I will not hesitate to use your company again and I would highly recommend you to any of my friends and family! Thanks again! | Thank you for your prompt and courteous service when we needed transportation from the Orlando airport to Port Canaveral. We were very happy that we chose to use you instead of the airport transfers by the cruise company. The only thing that we do want you to know is that, although both rides were very low stress, the kids were a little disappointed that our ride from the cruise ship was not the luxury sedan that we were told we were getting. | We were so happy with Otis and OCS. The service we received going from our hotel to Port Canaveral and back to Orlando airport was very prompt and friendly. They arrived early both times and waited patiently for us. We wanted a limo just for our group of six and it was great. | OCS was great ! We saved a large chunk of money using them instead of the cruise line bus, and it was much more comfortable. The Sandman picked us up at the Orlando airport, ready and waiting for us in the baggage claim area. We had to make a run to a CVS on the way and he gladly stopped for us. Upon our return, Jonathan called me on the ship as we were waiting to disembark to let us know he would be waiting for us outside, and where he would be exactly. We found him in an instant!!! | A+++. There were six of us traveling from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise. I located OCS on the internet and as with anything was skeptical about paying for a round trip fare until I experienced at least a one way service. Danny (Manager) was confident we would be impressed and mentioned we could book the one-way and switch to the round trip later (if satisfied). Jonathan, our driver, was waiting for us in baggage claim in Orlando when we arrived (even though I gave him the wrong flight number). The service to Port Canaveral could not have been better as we experienced a clean vehicle with an OUTSTANDING driver. Jonathan provided a booster seat for one of my children and loaded all of the bags into the vehicle. Once we were on our way to Port Canaveral I called Danny and booked the round trip (for a small additional charge they took us to Downtown Disney instead of MCO). We also used them for service from Downtown Disney to the airport on our return home. This company and its people get high marks from our family. | Daniel and Paul offered us the first grade service that truly made our vacation in Orlando a worry-free experience. Daniel is very prompt and clear on each and every email correspondence. | The limo service was impeccable!!! Paul Sandstone was our driver for all three legs of our trip and he couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. There were 4 of us ladies with alot of luggage and he handled it all without a problem and always a smile. He was very helpful in suggesting places to have dinner while staying overnight in Port Canaveral. He was on time and ready to drive us to our next destination, he always called and let us know he was there waiting for us and where to look for him!!! | We asked the hotel to book transportation for a disney cruise from orlando to port canaveral ,we were pleasantly surprise when the Limo pick-us up ,Very professional,super clean vehicule and good info for the return ,on return they were on time ,we made a stop to a pharmacy ,then to our hotel and after he took us to universal ,we appreciated a lot ,thanks again ,when in orlando call them up ,they are very good. | Otis and OCS were great pre-trip with all the communication and then the actual pick-up and delivery to the cruise port. We had eleven of us traveling together and Otis kept us on schedule with no problems what so ever. We truly felt pampered. This is our 6th family trip and everyone commented that this was the best service that we have ever had. Thanks OCS and we will definitely book OCS when we schedule our next trip! | We want to say thank you to OCS. we had the pleasure of hiring them for our recent trip. We are a family of 16 who went on a cruise. We hired OCS for transportation from our hotel door to the cruise terminal. We were very pleased with the service and with the drivers. Brad was great. He was very professional and also so nice to talk to. They went out of their way to assist us. We even needed to stop at a pharmacy on the way to the cruise terminal and he was very helpfull and accomidating. Thank you for everything. | The moment I arrived in Baggage Claim, I immediately saw my name in lights. I felt like a celebrity & my limo was waiting to pick me up. Paul, our driver, treated us as if we were too. The towne car was immaculate & he even had cold water for us. He had every selection of music possible & provided us with our favorite. He was personable & professional. | This was the first time using your service, being from NYC we are familiar with car service. If we return to Orlando for another cruise we will be contacting you. Your equipment is wonderful. We had a smooth and pleasant ride to and from the airport. My only criticism is that our arrival driver, played christian radio, I'm not sure if that is an appropriate choice, it wasn't offensive, but we are a jewish household. | Not only were the drivers prompt and courteous, they also changed our pick up time to correspond with our departure from the cruise line... exactly. Their expertise saved us 2 hours of waiting. Best price, best service and door to door! Would definitely use these guys again and strongly recommend them!
