As a commercial ground transportation service authorized by GOAA to operate at Orlando International Airport, we must follow rules and procedures regulated by the Orlando Airport administration. There are basically only three types of pick-ups done at the Orlando Airport:

1. A pickup where everyone in your party arrives on the same flight.
2. A pickup where passengers in your party are arriving on multiple flights.
3. A pickup where you are returning a rental car at an on-site rental agency at Orlando Airport.

1. If everyone in your party is arriving on the same flight and you have provided us your correct flight information we will meet you at the bottom of the escalators adjacent to the baggage carousel for your flight. Your chauffeur will be holding a sign bearing your name and will be standing in the designated "Meet & Greet" area near the baggage area for your airline. It is also advisable that you turn on the cellular phone with the number you provided us as soon as you land. You can always call 407-470-6008 or 407-668-1398 if you have special needs or any difficulty locating your chauffeur.
2. If you want to travel together but your people are arriving on different flights, we simply need the flight information for the latest of the flights scheduled to arrive. This makes it possible for us to track the flight specifically for the last passenger(s) arriving so we can coordinate with the passengers who arrived earlier and guide them to the correct location to meet the latest passengers to arrive.
3. If you are returning a rental car at Orlando Airport and the rental car return is on-site, we can arrange to meet you just inside the terminal on Level 1 on whichever side of the airport you decide to return your car to. It is advisable that you call us at least one hour before your scheduled pick-up time to inform us of your intention. We will also try to call you at the cellular number you provide 1 hour prior to your pick-up to assist you in meeting up with your chauffeur.

The first thing you should always do as early as you possibly can is turn on the cellular phone that has the number you provided to us. The second and equally important thing you should do is call us at either 407-470-6008 or 407-668-1398 and tell us what time you expect to be getting in line to begin the disembarkation process. There is a four hour window of time that you can come off of your cruise and it is your responsibility to communicate this time to us on the day you plan your pick-up at Port Canaveral.

We typically schedule any party who has a return flight scheduled to depart after 12:00pm at 9:00am for pick-up. This means if you are getting off the ship earlier than 8:30am that morning you must call before 6:30am to let us know that you are getting in line early. We are located approximately one hour from Port Canaveral and if we cannot reach you by phone and you have transportation from Port Canaveral reserved, we will leave the Orlando area around 7:30am to arrive there for your pick-up by 8:30am. Likewise, if you find that you are getting off the ship much earlier than 8:30am, you can simply call us one hour in advance to inform us so we can depart early to arrive early for your pick-up.

At all cruise terminals at Port Canaveral there is a designated commercial ground transportation loading area adjacent to each of the terminal entrances/exits. Once you clear customs, have your luggage and are ready to be picked up, call 407-470-6008 or 407-668-1398 and tell us so we can have your chauffeur pull next to you curbside and assist you on your transportation from Port Canaveral.

We pick up passengers at all Orlando Airport area Hotels. We will pick you up in front of the lobby of any hotel in the Orlando Airport area at the same rate as the Orlando Airport rate. We suggest that you schedule your pickup time from the hotel you are staying at at 11:00am, 11:30am, or 12:00pm. Below is a list of Orlando Airport area hotels that we frequently pick up passengers sailing aboard the cruise ships from Port Canaveral.

We pick up and drop off passengers at all Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area Hotels. We will pick you up in front of the lobby of any hotel in the Port Canaveral area and transport you to Orlando Airport at the same rate as from the cruise terminals. Below is a list of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area hotels that we frequently pick up and drop off passengers sailing aboard the cruise ships from Port Canaveral. We provide transportation from Orlando Airport to all Cocoa Beach hotels.
